Excellent find! Thanks . . . interesting that there are several Republicans with ratings below 50, but only two Democrats in the House over 50: Taylor of MS and Boren of OK. One Senate Democrat cracks the barrier at 51: Nelson of NE - but only three GOP Senators are under 50, although by more. Collins and Snowe of ME are just over 40, while "Missing" Linc Chaffee pulls a 30 rating.
The most liberal person in either body is Jan Schakowsky of Illinois' 9th CD, with a "1" score. Even Denis Kucinich managed a 4, and Teddy Kennedy a 3.
